Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK Delivery:

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

If you need support with your order, please contact sales@poetsandsinners.com and include your order number.

Returns Policy

Because each Poets & Sinners product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Not liking a design in person

We encourage customers to check our size guides (displayed on each product page) carefully before ordering to ensure the right fit.

That said, we take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at sales@poetsandsinners.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the problem

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge or offer a full refund — including return postage if applicable.

We don’t cover return shipping for non-faulty items.
