1. Where are your products made?
All Poets & Sinners products are designed in the UK. We partner with trusted, ethical suppliers to ensure high-quality materials, fair working conditions, and premium printing and embroidery standards.
2. What sizes do you offer?
Most of our T-shirts and hoodies are available in sizes S–XXL. You’ll find a full size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.
3. Are your T-shirts and hoodies unisex?
Our hoodies are unisex and designed for a relaxed fit. We also have dedicated Men’s and Women’s T-shirt ranges, tailored slightly differently to suit each style.
4. How should I wash my Poets & Sinners clothing?
To keep your designs looking sharp, we recommend:
- Wash at 30°C inside out.
- Avoid tumble drying.
- Iron inside out (and never directly on the print).
These simple steps will help your clothing stay in great condition for longer.
5. How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. We are working towards this goal.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if that happens — mistakes are rare, but we’ll make it right fast. Just email us at sales@poetsandsinners.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.
9. Will you restock sold-out designs?
No. Our designs are strictly limited edition, each with a maximum design run of 250 and won’t return once they’re gone. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on stock levels and new drops.
10. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — Poets & Sinners is currently online only, but we will occasionally run pop-up events and collaborations. Follow our socials for announcements.
